We are continually making changes and updates to the Baby Café USA Web Site by adding new features and reports. To keep you, our BC Facilitators, informed, we have created this page which contains a listing of all new enhancements, when they were implemented and a description of their purpose.
August 2023:
Parent Registration Count by Zip Code Reports
These reports were created at the request of a specific Baby Café Facilitator and their Sponsoring Organization. Parent Registration Count data is available by Year and Month as well as by Baby Café and Cluster. There are two version of the report:

- Version 1 is specifically for Facilitators and the selection of the Baby Café Cluster is driven by the user's log-in credentials.
- Version 2 is designed for all Baby Café personel and the Cluster ID is manually selected.

BC Expense & Operations Survey Input Form Access from the BCUSA Web Site
Because many Baby Café Facilitators had difficulty accessing the 2022 Annual Expense & Operations Survey Input Forms using the links we delivered via e-mail, we have added direct access to the input forms through the BC-USA web site. There are two places where the survey input forms can be found:

Because many Baby Café Facilitators had difficulty accessing the 2022 Annual Expense & Operations Survey Input Forms using the links we delivered via e-mail, we have added direct access to the input forms through the BC-USA web site. There are two places where the survey input forms can be found:
- Option 1: In the "BC Staff Portal" drop-down there is a new item: "2022 Expense & Operations Survey Links" which takes you to a page containing launch buttons for both survey input forms.
- Option 2: At the bottom of the "For Facilitators" page there is a new section that has the launch buttons for both Survey Input Forms.
There is a new navigation link at the top of the "For Facilitators" page which allows you to quickly jump to the Survey Input Form section.
Several Café Facilitators have asked for a way to view their Survey Responses. So we have also added two new reports to the Survey Section, one for each survey. These reports enable you to VIEW, EDIT & DOWNLOAD any Expense or Operations Survey Response that you have already created. They are a good way to review and trend your answers from past surveys.

Parents can now Register without providing their Email Address
To better support parent privacy, we modified the Baby Café Registration Input Form to allow Parents to enter their Registration and Demographic data without having to include their email address. The default form prompts parents to enter and confirm their email address. But now there is a new option which allows parents to check a box if they don't wish to provide their email address or don't have a valid one.

Quick Reference Reports for Facilitators - Parent Registration Count & Baby Café Session Count
These reports make it easy for Baby Café Facilitators to find out how many new parents registered and how many sessions a Café or cluster has held. The launch button for the reports is found at the very top of the Baby Café Current Reports Page.

The Baby Café Session Counts are determined from both Parent Attendance Data and Staff Attendance Data. All report data is available by Year or Month and by Café or Cluster.
Baby Cafés are free, drop-in, informal breastfeeding support groups offering ongoing professional lactation care and intervention. Most are open for 2 hours at least once a week. Some communities have more than one Café, each holding meets on different days of the week.
